It has been a while, I hope you are all well and keeping warm! A lot has been happening since we last spoke, we've had many new exciting products hit our shelves from health conscious small businesses, Loving Earth's Bookbook Eggs came back in stock AND we have a new staff member who recently joined the Coco's team that you may or may not have had the opportunity of meeting yet.

Introducing you to Yo! You might be thinking, hmm I recognise this face? Yes she is a local and you might have met her already down the road at The Lion & Buffalo! Yo is studying nutrition and is passionate about food and nutrition, how the human body functions, listening to people's life story, and the energetic connection we have with each other and the world. When she not studying or at Coco's she enjoys bushwalking, running, playing beach volleyball, experimenting with making nutritious foods, hanging out with friends, coffee (she used to be a barista) and learning nerdy facts that she will never use in real life. Currently her favourite products at Coco's are That Chocolate, Fix & Fog Peanut Butter, Made With Raw Love Energy, Nutra Organics Collagen Body and Gypsy Rose 2 in 1 Shampoo. Apparently, the list is still growing! Her favourite quote at the moment "For every 'No' you'll receive, you are one step closer to a 'YES!'"

Organic Activated Brazil Nuts Are Back

It has been over one year or so but the good news is that the Brazil Nut shortage is now over and they are back in stock! Yay!

Let’s peel the layers off the Brazil Nut! It contains one of the highest sources of selenium. This mineral is responsible for supporting the thyroid glands in metabolising T4 to T3, keeping a homeostatic balance. These hormones are super important in:
