March 13-20 is Coeliac Awareness Week. According to Coeliac Australia, coeliac disease remains one of the most under-diagnosed conditions in Australia. Coeliac disease affects on average approximately 1 in 70 Australians. However, approximately 80% currently remain undiagnosed. This means that approximately 330,000 Australians have coeliac disease but don’t yet know it.

I know it is early, but if you have a Hot Cross Bun craving that you just can't resist you can pre-order Ancient Grains Hot Cross Buns any week up until April 17 (see in store for details). We have also just starting receiving easter chocolate, more will be arriving over the next few weeks.

Lastly, due to a public holiday in Melbourne next week our Ancient Grains bread order will be delivered one day late on Thursday (14th) not Wednesday.
