When winter arrives do you feel more like hibernating? Are you listening to what nature is guiding you to do? Sometimes we're still in the hustle and bustle energy of Summer and forget that the seasons are there for us to find different flows every few months. Winter in the itme for us to slow down and snuggle by fire or under a blanket, meditate, read books, listen to a podcast, enjoy winter sunshine, and not too many social events. These are just simple reminders to slow down and nourish ourselves on physical, mental and emotional levels. It’s also that time of the year for soups, casseroles, curries, and pots of tea! The long weekend is approaching in a week and a bit. We are open over the the Queen's Birthday Long Weekend. We will be open on Monday, 10 June with slighty reduced hours from 10am - 5pm. We hope you have a safe and enjoyable long weekend! Also due to the public holiday, Ancient Grains bread will be delivered that week on Thursday (13th) not Wednesday.
