BREAD DELIVERY NOTICE
Due to the public holiday, Ancient Grains bread will be delivered next week on Thursday (not Wednesday)

You may have noticed our blue RSPCA donation box on our counter as this month we will be supporting the amazing work of the RSPCA. The RSPCA was established to protect animals and each year 40,000 animals turn to the RSPCA NSW for help and some require re-homing and this is when the story of Sylvester cought our attention.

When Sylvester arrived at the shelter, he was suffering from a large laceration near his spine and was paralysed in his back legs. It’s unclear what had happened to him, but despite his wounds, he was very friendly. After undergoing surgery, Sylvester was fostered by one of their vets. Incredibly, over the following weeks, this brave boy began to walk again! These days, Sylvester still walks with a bit of a limp, but he’s a very capable cat.
